Originally it was a concrete factory, then transformed into a home but maintaining the characteristic imperfections that make this place unique, the old pipes and systems in sight, the ceiling and flooring kept original, the experience of things are an added value for us. and not a defect. The rooms are very spacious, the bathrooms are new. We have a swimming pool, a garden, a solarium, all overlooking the lake. We also have at our guests' disposal a private car park inside the structure and indoor and covered motorcycle parking. Outside the main gate there is a small public park with a barbecue area and immediately after the beach which is considered one of the most beautiful on Lake Como.

Breakfast is usually served in the garden or on the veranda, in both cases in front of the swimming pool. It is a classic breakfast with two types of bread, butter, jams, yogurt, fresh fruit and then on alternate days pancakes, bruschetta, cakes, quiches, various sandwiches or other delicious things as we like them. In short, a surprise every morning to start the day well.

Hello everyone, we are Nadia and Max, we were both born and raised on Lake Como and we are naturally in love with it. The path of our lives took us away from here for many years, Nadia in Pantelleria where she had a B&B and Max in Rome where she had clubs and restaurants. But our lake has always been missed by both of us and we came back here, where we met, fell in love and started our common project on the lake by opening Akuaduulza B&B in May 2019. We love hospitality, beautiful things and the whole world of 'gastronomy.
Area city center
Akuaduulza B&B is located in Acquaseria di San Siro, a small town on Lake Como, just after Menaggio. It is on the lake, immersed in the surrounding greenery and enjoys a pleasant tranquility. It can be reached by a small private road that ends right in front of the main gate, the beach is thirty meters from there. San Siro is small but there are bars, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, groceries, fruit and vegetable shops, butcher, tobacconist, post office, hairdresser, in short, you will find what you need.
